01/2017 to 04/2022

I previously worked as an engineer on the file translation team.

I developed and maintain document translation solutions and supporting utilities.

I used C#, SQL, Microsoft Office tools and various data-file types.

I also assisted in training, lead reviews and team management.

Before that, I worked with the production support team.

I monitored file imports & print batches, troubleshot errors in our web app, developed solutions to bugs and provided reports for stakeholders.

02/2012 – 01/2017

This included, but was not limited to, making meals, helping manage activities, assisting with education and anything else required to help develop young children and their brains.

It was extremely rewarding and eye-opening.

07/2006 – 09/2011

Remember when actual book stores existed? I worked at one while in college.

I sold books, stocked inventory and even learned how to run a commercial espresso machine.
